RELISTED DUE TO NON-PAYING BUYER
ESP Ltd EC-300-P Goldtop with stock P-90's
Sometime in the mid-nineties, ESP release a factory P-90 equipped EC-300. I believe they were only offered for a year, maybe two, and came in either Black or Gold. Here are some of the features;
- 24 fret neck
- Flag inlays
- Rosewood fretboard
- Chrome Hardware
- Tunematic Bridge
- Seymour "Duncan Designed" P90 pickups
- Mahogony Body and Neck
- Headstock and full neck binding
I have replaced the bridge and stopbar tailpiece with a new unit due to the old one beginning to corrode and pit. I have also replaced the control knobs with Gibson Vintage Gold knobs for a more retro look rather than the chrome originals. The guitar has Dunlop dual-design strap pins, so you can use them as is or with a locking Dunlop style strap. It has been re-strung with D'Addario XL 10's and has had a recent fret polishing and fretboard conditioning.
There are a few cosmetic flaws which I will try to accurately describe. The backside lower edge of the guitar body has two dings (no chips), the neck binding has a stress crack at the 13th fret, the headstock binding is lifted in a small area (not missing or loose), and finally the backside of the headstock has a small chunk of wood chipped off that has been touched up (cannot see from the front).
This guitar has a very cool feel and vibe.
Overall, this is a nice guitar that has been played and kept in good to great condition for it's age. Please email me with any questions, I strive for accuracy in my descriptions. I will sell internationally if you contact me prior.
